Monthly Meetings
We hold 8 - 10 events per year, typically on the third Tuesday of the month in either San Francisco or Silicon Valley. Monthly events are FREE to members and held at secret destinations throughout the Bay Area. The location is revealed a few days before the event, only to those who have committed to attending. Members may bring guests to any regular monthly event for a guest fee of $25.

Leadership Circle
In addition to monthly meetings, bi-annual leadership circles are held to facilitate learning from one another by highlighting the expertise and talent of the women in the group. Leadership Circles, due to their limited group size, are open ONLY to members - no guests please.

Special Events
Over the years, RED has also held special events, including an industry-wide Charity Gala which raised $30,000, to help women launch new businesses both locally and globally.
RED also created a one of a kind, peer-to-peer mentorship program, in partnership with the Northern California Real Estate Women of Influence.
