We believe that trust is built by genuinely getting to know one another.  Understanding what is meaningful to our members is one way we do that. Our philanthropic mission is to celebrate and elevate the causes closest to our members’ hearts, creating opportunities to give back together in meaningful ways. We are committed to building a community of women that that creates impact in our industry and our community.

Member-chosen Causes & Giving

Since our inception, we have supported organizations chosen by our members.  At each RED event, we spotlight a selected member’s chosen cause, hear why it is meaningful and raise funds to support it. RED also contributes to the selected organization.

Community Service & Local Impact

RED members also come together quarterly to participate in community service events across the San Francisco Bay Area. We support local nonprofit organizations by contributing our time, skills, and energy to initiatives that make a real difference. These events allow for more intimate networking opportunities among members.
